1. I paid for 3 magazines for £5, your website gave me an app, now the app will not accept the code that your website have me, so I cannot access anything.App has no print function so cannot print off a pattern to work on while commuting.
2. Fortunately Immediate Media has fixed my most pressing problem (which I had caused!).Can't login using Google account, can't create a new account because my email is already registered, can't recover the password because the email with the password reset does not arrive.
3. Google Play refunds the money alright but I'm interested in the content, not the pay-and-refund game.I updated because the "update the app" e-mail promised printing and a lot of other functions that I can't find.

10. The app keeps asking me to pay for the content I already own and I'm not able to access the issues I purchased.
11. Accepted offer to "Complete my Collection", my CC got charged, then got error saying that the offer "wasn't valuable" to me.
