My Idea-Recharge and Payments Customer Insights

1. Every time I open app, it shows network error (using Idea data service 😆).

2. An utter waste of time and it doesn't help that the network keeps going, as well the data keep getting disconnected and don't even get me started on customer care.

3. It's very frustrating, Idea has a worst network, it has so many call drops, it's Very frustrating so I don't have option other than to port it.If it were in my hand I would have given this app 0 rating.

4. The app over time has just gotten worse.It takes ages just to open ( and I am using Idea data to do so) checking the balance, validity and recharging is a real task and in all it's just terrible.

5. Every time I have to try for second time to connect a call, even not able to call customer care service.

6. One of the best disguise network service.There isn't zero star rating option available else I would have choosen that only.... Worst service from VI.

7. Had to reinstall the app multiple times to even get my recharge info.This is the worst app and network service on my phone.

8. And the terrible app makes me stick to my opinion.Worst app, it's open some time and most of the times it's not, and after deleting it, the notification pops up in every 2 min to download it, and this alerts notifications stop work I am doing at that time, it's pop-up every 2 min.

9. Do not get into services of VI, if you are thinking for such a service.Idea network gives very bad service.

10. Network is most of the time on H+ i.e. 2G, even if it shows 4G the network speed is as bad as 2G.

11. Even 3G service was having such a nice speed internet connectivity.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Idea-Recharge and Payments Issues
