They should have read the terms of sale.Sounds like spyware to me: "Smart diagnosis" can quickly and conveniently detect the faulty software and hardware of the mobile phone locally or remotely through professional detection means, and escort the health status of Huawei mobile phones anytime and anywhere."It works perfectly fine, i tried on my p smart z.

2. (And maybe add some customization options too...) Thanks for all.I don't know what's happening with my system, before this app, my phone was running swiftly but after this app got automatically installed in my phone ( maybe because of software update) but now I can't update or download anything from play store.... All apps are showing download pending... Since 3-4 days I can't even uninstall it.... Please fix it.......Most annoying, unhelpful app on MY phone, that apparently I'm not allowed to remove from MY phone.

3. New Multi-Window is awful/unusable!! Please bring back split screen view!! EMUI some time back incredibly replaced the amazing split windows (could chat on whatsapp on half of the screen while viewing YouTube on the other half… and comment about it… or use waze for the driver and YouTube for the passengers, etc).

4. Huawei, like every other manufacturer who forces me to store data for your unwanted apps on MY phone, can pay the invoice they will be receiving for the data storage costs (power, and $1 per day per Kb) of the data.

5. The new Multiwindow which keep the aspect ratio and closes when opening almost every app in literally garbage… why not keep the previous implementation and add the new "multi-window" ifI looked at all the permissions required for this app and decided to disable it or at least remove the permissions... But it doesn't show up in the Android app settings or the permissions list.

6. I only discovered the app even existed on my device after I noticed it on the update list! A bit sus perhaps? What else is lurking on my phone, with whatever "permissions" they want to give it, that I don't know about?Got a short freeze on my phone now and then, but can't be detected.

7. WTH??? Gotta get app to block chit like this!!! GrrrrThe camera tool is ridiculously damaged (can't find better words to explain) when I'm trying to take a horizontal picture it takes half of it I was like how even this can happen... Please solve it I really want to use the app but mean while i really need the camera to work properly.

8. Sometimes you set the timer for 20 minutes, then you play your sleeping music that helps you sleep only to wake up a hour later and the music is still sleeping.

9. For some strange & very odd reason, Huawei makes it appear that users will have or be able to inter-act w/the app, while there is no app icon to open it.

10. And for those, who complain about it doesn't have an icon, this app is ONLY made for Huawei devices.

11. ??? smdh 🤦 ♀️ 🤦 ♂️ 🤷 ♂️ 🤷 ♀️ ??? It's all internal SPYWARE directly from the developer.

1. Fix Smart diagnosis Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smart diagnosis: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smart diagnosis App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart diagnosis" » Open Smart diagnosis » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart diagnosis » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smart diagnosis app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart diagnosis servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart diagnosis" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smart diagnosis app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart diagnosis might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart diagnosis. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart diagnosis then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart diagnosis not working

2. Fix Smart diagnosis Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart diagnosis be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart diagnosis not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart diagnosis may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
