My Courses Customer Insights

1. I have all my stuff set up ahead of time on the app but I don't find myself looking at it much because it's out of site out of mind once I get the daily email from my school.Hi, very clean and nice interface just one problem which is the reason for my 4 star instead of 5 stars; I wish there was an option to see the whole class schedule.

2. Task,events, class schedule should also be present inside the calendar, To just view it all once.

3. In the home menu it would be nice to not just see the task but for todays class schedule.

4. And if I were to put a task on August 26th, the task dot would be on August 27th.So far, I like it a lot! The UI is clean and simple but also cute, and it's easy to use.

5. Table should have the class schedule of the subjects Instead of the task.

6. There is a bug when I delete a task inside table menu, the screen went black and the app crush.

8. But anyway, still the best I've downloaded so far!I love the app and the concept and I thought it was going to be absolutely great for me.

9. You could set an alarm for each class and the UI's pretty great.

10. The dark theme with yellow instead of just the plain old purple idk.It would be cool to be able to set up multiple reminders to do an assignment instead of just one.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Courses Issues

1. Fix My Courses Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Courses: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Courses App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Courses" » Open My Courses - Student Calendar » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Courses » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Courses - Student Calendar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Courses servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Courses - Student Calendar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Courses app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Courses might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Courses. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Courses then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Courses not working


2. Fix My Courses Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Courses be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Courses not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Courses may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
