1. I click on the button and a window pops up and says there are NO FLIGHTS! GARBAGE! Just go to the airlines website!! Forget the frustration!!Tried to book a hotel like 5 times.

2. Update - My hotel has no record of a fully paid stay! I need help!Horrible!! This App has become absolutely useless for me even after the update!!! It use to be great but lately no matter what dates l put in for flights (RT or OW),it searches, gives me a fare + tells me to view flights.

3. I gave it a shot, but will be going to go back to just shopping with Google and booking directly with airlines.The hopper app does something similar to the Airbnb app that drives me insane.

4. I would not use this app again.Terrible & quite frankly- ROBBERY!!! There is no direct way to get in touch with customer service! The price freeze option is completely misleading and basically a bait and switch.

5. Skip it and find something better.I tried to book the flight I price froze and was already disappointed because my flight was no longer available, then I was running into issues with the app.

6. The Hopper app falsely advertised a "4-Star" hotel and a discounted "preferred rate" and it's actually 2-star in a very unsafe part of town, and might as well be a motel 6.

7. NOT WORTH ITCustomer service is pleasant enough to deal with, but it's basically just a nice search engine for flight shopping and a booking agent.

8. I found out it would have been cheaper to book directly with the hotel then through this app.

9. There is no way to contact support without a booking and when I found a number to call it just directs you back to the app with no option to speak to a live person.

10. I'm going to use Priceline to book a hotel instead.Worst hotel experience I've ever had because of this app.

11. So far a terrible experience.Sone of these hotels if you just go to their websites and book you can get cheaper prices than using this app.

1. Fix Hopper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hopper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hopper App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hopper" » Open Hopper: Hotels, Flights & Cars » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hopper » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hopper: Hotels, Flights & Cars app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hopper servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hopper: Hotels, Flights & Cars" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hopper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hopper might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hopper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hopper then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hopper not working

2. Fix Hopper Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hopper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hopper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hopper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
