I'll be switching over to other carriers that are more keen on doing business.Sorry to say, but this app is useless, I have tried to check in for my flight for over 4 hours, I have tried everything possible, but the app keeps freezing - very frustrating - its not what you expect from this type of provider.It simply loads the website but the website sucks really bad on mobile (unresponsive, can't input), cannot check-in at all, even worst assessing website from within the appTotal trash.

2. Finally, make sure your app is bug free at registration.this has been the worst trip i have ever planed I have had the worst experience in every way from the cost of the flight going up 3 time in price.

3. but for the flight to go up over $600.00 Canadian dollars in $200.00 incr each time I was trying to pay in 5 minutes is unacceptable but I wanted to stop in Hong Kong so no choice in airline.

4. I'm logged into my account but yet the app doesn't show any of my booked flights (can't add them manually either 🙄) so I can't do anything like book extra luggage or change seats or online check-in or show boarding pass.

5. They can't issue tickets over the phone in time for same day flights, the website is terribly buggy and this app keeps you stuck in perpetual loops.
