I have reached out to their support team and they are replying like a bot with tons of requested information (e.g., where was the cameras purchased from, date, model number, serial number, firmware version) that are not even relevant to the problem.It's not functional First it doesn't show Cyprus when i try to choose a country Second i tried 4 email address and all of them say failure Therd i tried to enter another working hikconnect accout it always respond with wrong email or passwordNot allowing me to enter a password ir register.

1. Fix Hikvison Views Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hikvison Views: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hikvison Views App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hikvison Views" » Open Hikvison Views » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hikvison Views » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hikvison Views app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hikvison Views servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hikvison Views" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
