1. For example, I was attempting to extend a rental online, the app threw an error message saying it was encountering an error and couldn't extend the rental - "call the rental extension number to extend." I then looked at my Visa card transactions in my banking app, and I see charges/holds that evidently hit every time I attempted to extend the rental in the app.

2. How would you feel when you authenticate using your finger prints and then it asks eneyer your reservation number to view the rental or modify!Good when it works, or works properly, but often it doesn't.

3. Hertz itself wonderful but the app? A nightmare! It is supposed to make reservations easy! I can't even look at the vehicles let alone select one! The app will not load select a vehicle page!Once you start getting the error about 'experiencing difficulty' , the only way to clear it seems to be to reinstall the app.
