1. If you are on the road, best to keep your phone plugged in to your vehicle because it does drain the battery.This by far is the best "Free" tracking (your loved ones) app on the planet! No stupid ads, no brain storming, no problem! It does exactly what it says...it tracks in real time! Before downloading this app I had given up because I got tired of reading the disappointing reviews of others, even tried a few ad loaded apps forcing me to purchase the product after the little trial period... but thankfully i searched further and found this one.

Otherwise its good for motorbike riders (or anyone) needing to let loved ones know where they are.I was in LOVE with this app, it worked great, super accurate, but lately it will say that location is off when it's not and it will day that someone is miles away from where they are and will say that they are there all day or that there's no movement? Help please! It also will drain your battery pretty quick but I don't care as long as it works!Won't continuously update with teamAwesome .

3. I don't know why it hasn't been location the complete travel when it has always worked great.Yesterday is stopped showing updates on a partners location as they were stuck at mine when actually at work.

4. It makes it easy to communicate and coordinate, not to mention the emergency notification can be a lifesaver.Good for bikers! Let's your family see your location when you are out on the road.

5. I used this peoperly and im sad i would like to give 10 star if i could doHad to adjust some location settings at first, but this app seems very useful for keeping tabs on employees, family, and friends.

6. Too bad I can't give 10 stars!! I have tried multiple apps to keep track of my family and they are all just ok.

7. Location information is accurate, You can view drive history and it is visually appealing.

8. This app is so clean and very precise! I like that I can have different teams...so if we are go on a road trip or multiple friends are coming from different cities, we can all see where each other is.

9. You need to have a good cell service provider for it to work properly so keep that in mind.

10. Would be good if it could integrate photos of locations, hazards or police locations from the likes of Google or Waze.

1. Fix Hellotracks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hellotracks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hellotracks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hellotracks" » Open Hellotracks - Tracks location » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hellotracks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hellotracks - Tracks location app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hellotracks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hellotracks - Tracks location" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hellotracks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hellotracks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hellotracks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hellotracks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hellotracks not working

2. Fix Hellotracks Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hellotracks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hellotracks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hellotracks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
