It's also built your vocabulary strength.This app is amazing 👌👌 because it has various kinds of tools for improving our English like we can read, speak and listen as well we do practice.Along with that it has word and tips of the day which motivate us to learn on daily basis thats why it is fantastic app👍👍I just give 1 star for writing my review otherwise this app is not clickable for 1 star.

But without notifing me they deducted amount from my account for next 12 month but basically i had subscribed for only 3 months.. and when i searched for payment reciept in app i could not find any notification regarding the same... i want detailed info about my deducted amount as early as possible.Three Stars because bellow issue.

3. I used this app during last 14-15 days regularly, but at a time after using 15 days when I reinstall it and properly log in with my previously used Gmail ID, this app is not able to catch up my previous data and it starts as a new Hello English account with 1 Lesson (with 0 Coin).

4. I also contacted to the Customer Care through their aboutmentioned Email but I never received any helpful message from care-team.This app is very useful to learn English.In my leisure time.

5. The video is not resuming from where I stopped.. Please rectify this error.This app is ridiculous, first they said after installation this app they will notify you about the subscription plan which you did.. and it is dependent on us wheather we want to continue or not.

6. I play language games such as spelling games,Tea time games.Now and then I go through lessons and learn new things.Really,it is very useful.

7. When a video is played and while changing it to fulle screen mode or while rotating the video stops & starts from the beginning.

8. The role playing games is error all the time.

9. Awesome app... But they give update too often & sometimes you get update option in the app, In the middle of the learning process you need to update the app.

10. And here's the another issue come up when you reach to the play store to update the app.

1. Fix IELTS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IELTS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IELTS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IELTS" » Open IELTS by Hello English » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IELTS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IELTS by Hello English app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IELTS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IELTS by Hello English" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IELTS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IELTS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IELTS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IELTS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IELTS not working

2. Fix IELTS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IELTS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IELTS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IELTS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
