1. Thanks for resolving this speedily.Despite showing as having different developers, this app has a strangely similar set up process to the LingoKids app: long-winded forced account set up requiring an email or login via social media and very limited daily free use.

So there's no prior knowledge there's no way to understand.I dont have kids, but I'm a college student and had to do a presentation on apps for kids with dysgraphia (spelling disorder) and this app is great!! Would definitely recommend for parents whose kiddos have a hard time with spelling! Not just for learning a new language.

3. It expects kids to spell out 'electrician' using letter names but sends me reports saying the word 'duck' isn't in my 3 year olds short term memory.

4. when i paid this amount they didn't unlock the levels and i tried to call them email them but they didn't reply so for me they are fraud and if they have app they should respond their customer atleast.

5. P.S. Love the voices!I signed up for a week trial (no charge) but my account was debited with R1249 before the trial period even ended.

6. 1999 was debited from my account before my trial period ends without any notice.

7. my 2 year old boy was so excited to use this app but these people took payment but never unlock the levelsAfter subscription nothing is working properly, unable to do any activity.

8. All in all...its a must have for your kid.Trying to buy pro subscription for a month 299/- but when initiating the transaction it is deducting 1999/- for a year's subscription.

1. Fix Hello English Kids Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hello English Kids: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hello English Kids App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hello English Kids" » Open Hello English Kids » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hello English Kids » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hello English Kids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hello English Kids servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hello English Kids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hello English Kids app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hello English Kids might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hello English Kids. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hello English Kids then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hello English Kids not working
