1. Had fireplace installed a month ago only to find the WiFi module that was shipped with it was outdated.
2. At the current time, I can't log into the app because of server issues.IMPORTANT: when trying to connect to the intellifire device's Wi-Fi signal during initial setup, it is imperative that you TURN OFF your mobile (cellular) data connection.
3. Can connect to it via wifi, but beyond that, there is zero functionality.Update - now it's the following fall, and it still does not work.
4. There almost always seems to be a connection issue with the app that causes me to reset the WiFi on the heat and GLO fireplace.
5. I paid about $200 and the wifi module is not functioning because the app won't recognize my fireplace.
6. WiFi connection is great and all of my smart switches work fine.
7. Piece of junk, I want my $200 back!Please do not pay additional for the wifi module.
8. The instructions state to connect to the device WiFi ... Don't, just let it discover without connecting.
9. Similarly, if you are getting the no internet connection error on the last stage of the setup, disconnect from the intellifier module Wi-Fi and reconnect to your home.
10. I paid for a WiFi module that I can't use.*Update* App keeps crashing now.
11. The ECM (the module that keeps the fireplace connected to wifi) is a huge failure.
