1. Despite using Epic, they don't use the MyChart app or allow for direct messaging, review of notes from past visits, allow you to see your medications, or even pay a bill in app - all of which I would say are pretty major components needed for an app that is supposed to make my healthcare more accessible.Clicking on "pay a bill" should not be a hyper link to the website.
2. My information is already saved, I shouldn't have to keep entering it in.What happened to our graphs on lab work? Use to be able to see graphs and compare from previous lab results .can you please bring it back.
3. This app doesn't show lab results in a useful format like a table or trend like mychart did.
4. Additionally, this somehow means I cannot easily send a message to health partners to ask about missing test results, etc.
5. Four stars because i have experienced glitching that prevented my being able to schedule an appointment through the app, instead I had to call.
6. I'm tech-savvy and very health literate (I'm a nurse, and work for one of the HealthPartners hospitals), and I find it challenging at times to find certain features or do certain tasks within this app.
7. There's no comparison nowScheduling, canceling and rescheduling appointments for labs, check ups and/or specialty departments is easy through this app.
8. Receiving and reading test results or messages from your doctor is great.
9. It also doesn't show the lab standard for over half of my results, i can't tell what numbers are good or bad.
10. Additionally, you can easily reference past appointments, including the appointment summary and notes.
11. The UI is okay, and really the only helpful options are to see your labs and make an appointment (which is super frustrating both in app and on the website).
