2. Now with automatic sync support! * Completely open source: build and run it yourself if you're cheap; audit the code and verify that nothing nefarious is going on or even verify the security of this solution I'm giving you. You get to decide! 2) Look up and/or create "keepass-share. 3) Encrypt/decrypt local data with "keepass-share. key" -- if you have a PIN configured, this is another layer of security. 3a) With a PIN configured, first "keepass-share. key" must be applied to decrypt your data, then your PIN is used to generate another 256bit AES key that is used to provide another layer of encryption and decryption. 4) Once completely unlocked, your password database is exposed for KeepShare, and other applications you authorize, to use.
3. Now with full database edit support! NOTE: Android 4. 4 and 5. Version 2. 1. 0 and newer will no longer support KeePass v1. x databases (no more . * KeePass databases with many (large) attachments will cause KeepShare to crash, to workaround, remove any large file attachments and trim the database history.
4. Option 2) Use the Android "Share" action to send a URL, account name or any other identifier to KeepShare for it to respond with matching candidates.

1. Other keepass apps still work but not the one I payed for... (This one) doesn't look like there has been an update for a long time so possibly a compatibility issue with Android 10? It was great for a year I guess.Still the best password safe for all operating systems.
2. (oh, after using my kdbx file with this app and adding entries to it, moved my kdbx find back to my computer, and could still get in; therefore, this app's elaborate PIN process is apparently confined to this app and you can continue to use your kdbx file elsewhere.) just wish that when scrolling the list of your accounts that you could also see usernames when scrolling through the list.
3. typing in a long master password each time to get into my kdbx file was getting awkwardly annoying while using another well known keepass app here on android.
4. coming from iOS, have used keepass apps over there accessible using a PIN but not as elaborate as this one where a key (for using the PIN to get into your database via this app) is kept on your google drive.
5. Could use a password generator for new/ editing entries.this is a must have app if you use a keepass database file.
6. Also the lite version does not work with fingerprintDropped from 4 to 1 star: Current version does not support newest file version.
7. Guess I need something else.It was working fine on my S7 Edge (stock Samsung 7.0), but my OnePlus 2 (running Lineage 14.1) cannot reconnect the DB after successfully connecting first time.
8. It says "Failed to load database: Invalid BigInteger: 01 ..." It does not happen with lite version.
9. other keepass apps for android and ios have that but this app does not.
10. From what I can tell, it's useless..Unfortunately I was unable to use this, it hung when I tried connecting it to my google account even after removing access and trying again.
11. would be useful if you have multiple listings for something like several amazon accounts listed because you have several usernames for that site (like if you manage passwords for family members) and so you can tell which is which without having to go into each one.
