1. I have a paid subscription because it is worth it.How come so many of the reviews that have complaints are getting no response from the developer? To me that's a bad sign... The only issues I've had is that there are several people in my address book, that when I call them they somehow get one weird ring on their end.

2. And yes it does charge you for each message even if delivery fails.Worked like a charm to skip right to someone's voicemail when I want to avoid a long-winded conversation with someone and just leave/return a message.

3. I've been using this for years and I'm blown away that there isn't a single copycat app by now, completely unheard of!I would give it more stars if cancelling was easier without having to send an email that you want to cancel.

4. i've downloaded a huge number of apps that, like Slydial does NOTHING except eat up data, slow your phone.

1. Fix Slydial Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Slydial: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Slydial App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Slydial" » Open Slydial - Voice Messaging » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Slydial » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Slydial - Voice Messaging app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Slydial servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Slydial - Voice Messaging" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Slydial app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Slydial might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Slydial. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Slydial then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Slydial not working

2. Fix Slydial Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Slydial be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Slydial not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Slydial may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
