Why should I report an Issue with Wasavi: Auto message scheduler?

Looking at previous feedback, is the developer still maintaining it?excellent thoughtful app.I wanted the scheduler feature within the app itself but the added feature of task creation is great i can keep a track of what i have to do within the chat and scheduler is feature that will help alot of people.

2. feature suggestion: when i mark a task or schedule a message in whatsapp some kind of notification or mark in front of the chat will help to know what and which chat need work to be done.

3. everything done ! not just that I have kept the app open in the background still doesn't send ! deleting it ! The Discord server link also shows expired ! How does one communicate ?Updated from Samsung Note9 to S22 and app stopped working.

5. For a paid app were is support? Disapointing All previous good experience working with app now down the drain......Now 02/2023 looks like I finally got it working again, it was a slow response, but the app is worth waiting for it.

7. doesn't send Messages automatically at all! only failed reports ! I have turned on all the accessibility options ,autostart,Battery optimisation restriction off.

8. Changing my rating for a 4, keep up the improvements work- automatically turns the animation scale way too slow and u cant change it - once accessibility option is granted the app freezes.

10. No clear tutorial either on the fact that you have make sure battery settings do not kill app and background services manager doesnt either.

1. Fix Wasavi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wasavi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wasavi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wasavi" » Open Wasavi: Auto message scheduler » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wasavi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wasavi: Auto message scheduler app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wasavi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wasavi: Auto message scheduler" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wasavi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wasavi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wasavi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wasavi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wasavi not working

2. Fix Wasavi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wasavi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wasavi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wasavi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
