In some cases some are hit or miss due to the gif format I'm using but still this a great app in my arsenal of apps and 4 stars for your efforts however is it possible to add adjustable speeds and to work on the resolution for resizing.This is simply great, no other gif making app is able to maintain a high resolution image after cropping a video/gif, also worth mentioning that the high amount of frames still remain intact.

2. I even tried uninstalling & re-installing the app, but I get the same thing.Noticed when using provided editing tools (crop, frame drop, scale) when trying to reduce size on optimized gifs, the colors variate thoughout frames as compared to the original gif.

Sometimes the gif can become heavily pixelated or distorted in way way where its not very clear.As a videogamer that post large MB gifs and experiments with many different gif apps I initially installed this app to reduce gif size without losing visual quality of a HD video to gif converter to gif like the pros.

1. Fix Gif mini Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gif mini: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gif mini App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gif mini" » Open Gif mini: GIF Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gif mini » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gif mini: GIF Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gif mini servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gif mini: GIF Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gif mini app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gif mini might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gif mini. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gif mini then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gif mini not working

2. Fix Gif mini Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gif mini be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gif mini not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gif mini may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
