I sent a message to customer service and after a few days I have not received a response.Keep fixing bugs and glitches... app crashes down and gives me so much trouble at checkout.This app is horrible, constantly freezing and loading and then says its having trouble to wait or exit.Still can't open the app.

1. Fix GBG 07 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GBG 07: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GBG 07 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GBG 07" » Open GBG 07 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GBG 07 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GBG 07 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GBG 07 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GBG 07" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GBG 07 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GBG 07 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GBG 07. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GBG 07 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GBG 07 not working
