  • Hi, we had a great time during day 1. The only issue is we have my friend who is in a walking cast as he injured his foot just days ago. You guys say your accesible but tbh its a long walk to the gates and security allowed my friend to take a short cut to get in which was nice. That beeing said we see multiple golf carts being used including people joking around in them completely passing my friend struggling to walk uo the hill. Any chance we can have someone drive him to the front gates from the backstage entrabce around?

  • Good day. I gladly just received my festival bracelet but am wondering about my promised loyalty member $40.00 food & beverage credit, exclusive merchandise onsite along with being mailed limited edition merchandise for not refunding my ticket over the past 2 years due to Covid cancellation. I received an email stating this on May 22nd, 2020 as a “Veld Music Festival” announcement. Please let me know how/when I can expect these perk incentives as a long-standing loyalty member. FYI, this is my 9th year attending Veld and have gone to EVERY Veld festival since it began in 2012. If anyone deserves a loyalty incentive, I believe it should be me.   • Paid in full for 2 wristband for upcoming Veld 2022 but have not received them in the mail as of today July 14, 2022. Never got an email confirmation for purchase either but installment payments taken from my credit card since February 2022. Please advise.
