1. Unfortunately once opened from the background it would be stuck loading endlessly which meant the app had to be closed fully and then reopened which in turn caused multiple tabs to be opened in chrome, which pushed the app to the background, starting the cycle again.topping up is usefull , but you cannot use it in airplane mode because you need to wait for the mastercard logo to show up and this requires internet ? i would like to preserve power when wandering around the island, this app is not helping.

2. Would be better to have option for the schedule in an alternative view per stage and swipe between them and have it alloe you to add your artists to your personal schedule so you can know where to go and when.gets very slow when you mark events in the schedule view.

3. Upon going to one of the help desks within the festival, it was apparent that this issue was common and simply an error in the app/festipay/wristband system.Schedule view isn't very user friendly.

4. frustrating experience.Practical app to check out the schedule, find out a bit more about an artists and their top songs and to check and top up your wristband.

5. schedule is perfect and search works wellThe app tells you to pre-load money onto the wristband and then makes this money unavailable for a full night.

6. But, there are also some artists without a single letter description; events, which are cancelled, but not deleted from the schedule; etc.

7. If you switch to a different menu, then back to schedule then performance is ok again - until you start marking events again, when it slows down the same way.

8. There are - almost - up to date information about lineup, schedule, notifications, artists, happenings and maps.

9. Very useful add is, that you get the opportunity to mark your favorite artists, programs and make your own schedule this way.

10. Some improvements could be made to the map (more interactive, more complete with POIs) and the annoying master card popup (could be turned off after x amount if time or only once per day).amazing festival and decent app but map could be more detailed.

2. Update the Sziget Festival App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sziget Festival" » Open Sziget Festival » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sziget Festival » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sziget Festival app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sziget Festival servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sziget Festival" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sziget Festival app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sziget Festival might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sziget Festival. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sziget Festival then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sziget Festival not working

2. Fix Sziget Festival Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sziget Festival be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sziget Festival not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sziget Festival may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
