1. I can't even say what the features of the app were or if they're any good as couldn't get through the barrage of pop ups and adsFirst of all, when you download it every time you try to skip an ad it plays it over, second you cant share onto different apps third of all you can only put the picures on a green screen with NO EDITING so basically no point in having this app last of all you can only select picures in the appInstalled and when i first oped the app, i literally sat through 5 ads that i couldn't skip.

2. Unusable! I'm all for ads to finance the app and I appreciate the work people go through to make apps but I downloaded this app and the second I opened it there was an ad then clicked on an option another ad.

3. Request feature upon startup is a bit confusing but I like that they're asking for input.Doesn't do anything but let you download pre-made videos with a green background.

4. So i finally start to use the app trying to figure everything out the boom here come 3 more 60 second ads that I had to sit through... Uninstalled this app, its unbelievable!!!So far so good.

5. Within the 20mins max I used the app there were at least 6 ads including a 40sec video.

1. Fix Green Screen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Green Screen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Green Screen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Green Screen" » Open Green Screen - Green screen video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Green Screen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Green Screen - Green screen video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Green Screen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Green Screen - Green screen video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Green Screen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Green Screen might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Green Screen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Green Screen then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Green Screen not working

2. Fix Green Screen Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Green Screen be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Green Screen not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Green Screen may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
