Why should I report an Issue with GiftList – Plan & Share Lists?

1. I have a suggestion for another store, I would be happy if you could add Mark's to the store list because I live in Canada and it is a popular and favorite store to me.Excellent idea! Easy to use, love the fact you can upload pictures and have seperate lists.

2. When adding items through Amazon on the brands page, the name and picture don't show up and have to be entered manually.

3. Good on you dev! Removed a star cause while it now allows you to choose a picture from gallery the picture fails to show.Very helpful for organizing gifts.

4. Tries several times using Facebook button (caused app to just close), then tried signing up manually but it just froze and wouldn't progress.

5. Its not user friendly at all, I keep saving gifts and they don't show up so what is the point of this worthless app? If you're lucky enough to read this review, don't download this until they overhaul it.

6. Too bad, I really needed all the features you offer (available for Android & iOS, import pics/url, purchases hidden from recipients, etc.)This app is terrible.

1. Fix GiftList Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GiftList: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GiftList App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GiftList" » Open GiftList – Plan & Share Lists » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GiftList » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GiftList – Plan & Share Lists app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GiftList servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GiftList – Plan & Share Lists" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GiftList app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GiftList might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GiftList. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GiftList then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GiftList not working

2. Fix GiftList Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GiftList be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GiftList not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GiftList may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
