1. Love the convenience of skipping lines and having a digital copy of our receipts! This was working fantastically until they released version 3.0. However, Skip Support was quick to respond to my email and let me know they would be releasing an update to fix the issue - which happened a couple days later.

2. They even gave me some Wallet bucks for the inconvenience! Technology won't always work the way it is supposed to, but that's where good customer service and support are important - both of which Skip has in spades!!Overall, I have absolutely loved using this app.

3. Play-Skool + unreadable + unntuitive -shopping lists are worthless : weigh queue now hides the weight in tiny font -purchases now list randomly, not in ANY order Every good feature got broken in 2 years.

4. Everything else seems to work fine but since I would be missing out on discounts without the loyalty number connected, I can't use the app.Formerly great, now awful.

5. Every time it updates, it lets me scan but then it doesn't let me pay and I either have to go through a regular checkout anyway or it takes a lot of work with the clerks to make it work.

6. At first I liked it and I definitely tried hard to keep using it, but there are many challenges to using it including lots of bar codes it doesn't recognize, and recently it has become very buggy.

1. Fix Skip Checkout Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Skip Checkout: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Skip Checkout App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Skip Checkout" » Open Skip Checkout » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Skip Checkout » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Skip Checkout app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Skip Checkout servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Skip Checkout" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Skip Checkout app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Skip Checkout might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Skip Checkout. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Skip Checkout then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Skip Checkout not working

2. Fix Skip Checkout Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Skip Checkout be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Skip Checkout not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Skip Checkout may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
