1. Don't waste your money.Sometimes the app freezes you have to shut it off shut your phone off and then redo it also if you make a wrong term it never seems to correct and it's constantly rerouting from that point terrible app would not recommend it.also can not find new updates later than 2019.Horrible experience with the android version of this application.

2. Have yet to try the app for golf cart driving navigation, but it looks like that should work fine.Finally, an app that fills a need that other apps do not have, namely, travel by golf cart paths.

3. Complained to a friend that I foolishly paid $7.00 for this awful app and learned The Villages has GPS on their official (and FREE!) app.Used to work great, now crashes every time I open a search.

4. This application appears to work in Iphones but does not work on Android phones at all.

5. UPDATE: as of today, the app will only work on Wireless at my home and the GPS does not seem to work outside of my home for the past week.Locks up often - when first opened, and when en route, when it's especially needed.

6. Yesterday I tried using the app and had numerous issues!!! The app froze up several times, and when it was working it literally had me driving in circles and telling me to turn in places there were no turns.

7. All other mapping apps that I'm using, including The Villages app, have working audio.

8. Telling me that the problem would not be able to be resolved over the weekend, as their programmers do not work the weekend.

10. Frequently misdirects - says to turn when no turn available; voice direction often doesn't match the visual; and once took me to a road that ended but continued to direct me forward.

1. Fix Villages GPS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Villages GPS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Villages GPS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Villages GPS" » Open Villages GPS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Villages GPS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Villages GPS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Villages GPS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Villages GPS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Villages GPS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Villages GPS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Villages GPS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Villages GPS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Villages GPS not working

2. Fix Villages GPS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Villages GPS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Villages GPS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Villages GPS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
