1. The worst!!Please use, not just precise location, but exact & accurate location of my home delivery address using my phone's GPS, i'm having hard time pinning my exact location on your FoodPanda map! And also when reviewing payment, add an introductory question-prompt box that will ask if you want to use any applicable discount vouchers if only applicable to that certain restaurant, i sometimes forgot to add a discount voucher because i instantly skip all the details & just proceed directly to Place OrderThis app has a lot of flaws.

2. Absolutely terrible and pathetically slow!Literally just placed an order and went to cancel it because its being delivered to the wrong address and it says I can't cancel it! Tried to change the address and says its too far.

3. Also many resturants disappear from my favorites time to time and i can't order them So annoyingExperience last few weeks has been really bad.

4. It appears that the restaurants are consistently closed due to unexpected circumstances, leaving me unable to place an order when I need to.

1. Restart foodpanda: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "foodpanda" » Open foodpanda: food & groceries » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for foodpanda » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear foodpanda: food & groceries app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from foodpanda servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "foodpanda: food & groceries" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check foodpanda app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, foodpanda might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall foodpanda. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall foodpanda then reinstall.
