1. Having god-awful annoying ads ALWAYS PRESENT on every screen is one thing, but NOT having the option of buying an ad-free version is beyond the pale! It's the ads that earned this app one star! It's like hanging up your priceless heirloom painting, only to have a child color over it, to always remind you that you should have kept it in a locked room to admire, unscathed!All I wanted was the battery monitor.

2. It doesn't drain battery on Samsung S7.The graph does not accurately track the power level ( still showing 100% when the power level actually states 34%).

3. Ideally the graph needs to show power level across time to allow you a picture of the consumption pattern.very nice and simple.

5. more history too is nice.Works fine and not intrusive.It is giving misleading readings for temperatures of CPU and the battery.

6. My phone already manages power saving, the monitor however is insufficient, so this app is useless to me, and I'll never know if the premium feature might have helped me.

7. It's such a crime they took a most wonderful Battery Monitor App and filled it with garbage ads that I do not want to see.

1. Fix Battery Monitor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Battery Monitor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Battery Monitor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Battery Monitor" » Open Battery Monitor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Battery Monitor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Battery Monitor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Battery Monitor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Battery Monitor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Battery Monitor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Battery Monitor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Battery Monitor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Battery Monitor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Battery Monitor not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Battery Monitor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Battery Monitor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Battery Monitor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
