1. This update affected my phone and tablet in the same manner.App is very easy to use, I read all the 1 star reviews before buying my camera - Apeman A100 and I have come to the conclusion that they are all down to user error.

2. 4/2023 Update is BROKEN!! With camera wifi on and phone connected you cannot start or stop recording like you were previously able to do.

3. once connected everything works great.Updated to latest firmware which seemed to have made it impossible to access videos over WiFi using my web browser, but it was just the same old frozen server bug in previous firmware.

11. only way to reconnect in the app is to forget the wifi network each time on my phone and reconnect it as a new connection.

1. Fix YUTUPRO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart YUTUPRO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the YUTUPRO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YUTUPRO" » Open YUTUPRO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YUTUPRO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear YUTUPRO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YUTUPRO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YUTUPRO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check YUTUPRO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YUTUPRO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall YUTUPRO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YUTUPRO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YUTUPRO not working

2. Fix YUTUPRO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YUTUPRO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YUTUPRO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YUTUPRO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
