Why should I report an Issue with Karaoke - Sing Songs?

1. Have the song selection that's on the app now be available to free players, and have modern songs for subscribers, to entice cust.

2. I downloaded the app, guessed a couple songs, entered my email to set up a profile and it took me to my account screen and I was stuck there with ad after ad.You cannot access this app WITHOUT signing up for a trial.

3. Additionally, the lyrics do not properly sync up with the songs, and eventually fall behind the music.Their song list sucks.

4. I like the idea of the app, but it is just a sad attempt currently and absolutely not worth $60 a year.kind of silly, not really karaoke, in my opinion.

6. Next process an individual or multiple individuals will attempt to sing as good or better than the artist being played for the audience listening to see how well ya can sing.

7. First thing I did when I saw this I immediately deleted it because I didn't want to pay for it, this is just an app to make money, not a nice singing app.

8. There is no free trial, it's just a paid app and I need to pay for something I don't even know what it is.

9. Add modern songs and the ability to share to social media platforms and that will make this app immensely better.

10. Half the time the lyrics scroll faster than the music so you can't even see the lyrics you are suppose to be singing.

1. Fix Karaoke Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Karaoke: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Karaoke App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Karaoke" » Open Karaoke - Sing Songs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Karaoke » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Karaoke - Sing Songs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Karaoke servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Karaoke - Sing Songs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Karaoke app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Karaoke might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Karaoke. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Karaoke then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Karaoke not working

2. Fix Karaoke Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Karaoke be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Karaoke not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Karaoke may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
