Why should I report an Issue with Kuji Cam?

1. I particularly enjoy that it has such a vast variety of filter options, ability to import a photo from your own Gallery to edit, & it's vast photo editing options (ie: re-sizing feature formatted for Instagram posts).

2. I can't just save photos into the cloud anymore cause if I delete from my phone gallery then it won't read the file anymore which is disappointing since it gets confusing with all the double files it creates.

This is a 10/10 for me, try it, you might like it.Since the latest update, everything is saved as "original" in my gallery so it wastes my storage space since the "original" is already in my gallery and it creates a double! Also the edited pictures now suddenly don't save automatically in my gallery even though the button is ticked.

When I select more then one picture when editing and duplicating them when I go to click on the image.First endless ads, then you had watch to watch ads at the end if you want to save the picture, now it won't even let me save anything without premium.. A heads up would be nice before I wasted all that time esiting.

5. When I edit a photo it saves it to my phone as the original so I have to redownload it and it creates 3 copies of the photo.

6. Other than this it's a great app been using it a long time and gave taken great shots with it.I used to love this app so much but it has a lot of major issues now that make it frustrating to use.

7. The date even adapts to the light in the photo! And there are neverending kinds of light leaks you can get, i just found some today, so i don't even know how they got the authentic light leaks thing going.

8. Photo doesn't even appear, then it immediately crashes if I tap any of the editing buttons & none of my "recipes" are there.

9. I enjoy this app quite a bit, it has loads of filters and cool editing options and effects.

10. I paid for an ad free version, but I had to factory reset my phone, then I reinstalled it & the paid version was gone.

11. The lack of a favorite option makes it tedious to quickly find the filter you are looking for.

1. Fix Kuji Cam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kuji Cam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kuji Cam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kuji Cam" » Open Kuji Cam » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kuji Cam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kuji Cam app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kuji Cam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kuji Cam" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kuji Cam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kuji Cam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kuji Cam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kuji Cam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kuji Cam not working

2. Fix Kuji Cam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kuji Cam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kuji Cam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kuji Cam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
