1. Thank you!This apps doesn't download the entire conversation, I brought the upgraded version so I was able to download more then 8 messages at a time, just to see that it only downloaded 4 months worth of messages.

2. To make it perfect, it should also show the duration of the voice conversation that took place with date and time.My husband died last fall, and I had messages I wanted to print off and save.

1. Fix Exporter/Printer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Exporter/Printer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Exporter/Printer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Exporter/Printer" » Open Exporter/Printer for Facebook » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Exporter/Printer » click "UPDATE".
