2. I emailed GO about this on 2 instances weeks ago and I even sent a screenshot of the issue but I received no reply! I have used GO apps for 2 years and love them but your support is none existent.Doesn't work since day one i installed this app on my tecno r7 Android phone have been updating..Single last launcher update, app is not working.

3. When this app worked it was great but then all of a sudden the widgets stopped working if anyone can explain to me how to make it function properly so it can be an asset to me again I would be glad to use it again avidly.

1. Fix GO Media Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GO Media Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GO Media Manager App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GO Media Manager" » Open GO Media Manager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GO Media Manager » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GO Media Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GO Media Manager servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GO Media Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GO Media Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GO Media Manager might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GO Media Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GO Media Manager then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GO Media Manager not working

2. Fix GO Media Manager Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GO Media Manager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GO Media Manager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GO Media Manager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
