1. Thanks for this great free app.Why do this app need so much permissions to control my phone?! Take photos? Audio settings? Memory?! Looks kinda suspicious for a gate opener...The app doesn't work because it won't accept a comma (pause) in the phone number.perfect app works well.

2. nice idea, too bad implementation.Update : not working all the time automatically, even if I open it Nice app is calling in the background but the problem with the app you need to open it before you arrive to the gate it was much better if it can run in the background without the need to open the app every timeDaily user.

1. Fix GateGoing Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GateGoing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GateGoing App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GateGoing" » Open GateGoing - open & share gates » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GateGoing » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GateGoing - open & share gates app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GateGoing servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GateGoing - open & share gates" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GateGoing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GateGoing might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GateGoing. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GateGoing then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GateGoing not working

2. Fix GateGoing Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GateGoing be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GateGoing not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GateGoing may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
