Why should I report an Issue with PalGate?

1. I am told it has Apple Carplay so hopefully Android Auto is also in the works.Missing Android Auto Support!! The nature of this application makes Android Auto support a must have feature... I read in past reviewes that this feature is in beta... However, it was 3 years ago...A great product and a great service.

2. For example I like to administer from my Samsung tabletThis app is great, but can you integrate with Android Auto or Apple Car Play to get access on the car's head unit? I have Android Auto, but I have to access my phone to open the gate.

3. A phone number can be added for opening the gate, but they prefer to sell their palgate remote, 2 for each family, $30 each, 200 families, than to place a cellphone which costs $20/ month.

4. Agree that it would be nice to have Android Auto or other way of putting it on my touch screen in my truck.

11. It used to work periodically with just a regular operation failed prompt, but now it says that I'm not associated with PalGate at all, even though the app works fine.

1. Fix PalGate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PalGate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PalGate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PalGate" » Open PalGate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PalGate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PalGate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PalGate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PalGate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PalGate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PalGate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PalGate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PalGate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PalGate not working

2. Fix PalGate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PalGate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PalGate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PalGate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
