1. Never buy new remotes and give your friends and family access to your gate without hassle.

1. Have confirmed this has occurred to two other family members at different locations with different phones as well (Samsung Galaxy S20+/iPhone 10S).. Please look into this.This app used to work great, allowing me to open and close my gate at my office.

2. Fast and responsive however I have noticed an error/bug when I use the app to open the garage but when leaving I use the button on the actual roller door instead of the omgate application.

3. Going to return unit back to supplier for full refund!!it's a handy app but makes my phone buzz for no reason! stopped as soon as I uninstalled it.

9. It's unusable in the current form.The place where i work installed the OmGate Pro.... It keeps on braking way too often.

1. Fix OmGate Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OmGate Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OmGate Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OmGate Pro" » Open OmGate Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OmGate Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OmGate Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OmGate Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OmGate Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OmGate Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OmGate Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OmGate Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OmGate Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OmGate Pro not working

2. Fix OmGate Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OmGate Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OmGate Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OmGate Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
