1. Overall this is a good companion for the VIRB 360 camera but not anywhere near as good as it could be.records quality audio and video from my garmin dashcam.
2. Editing on this app is a bit confusing at the moment because it is in the share section and there is no way to set a specific point in the 360 video you want the camera to move to and focus on.
3. Had to factory reset the Garmin Speak Plus, clear cache and data from VIRB and Speak apps, and get out of range from all known WiFi connections.
4. But the video you asked it to save is gone.Slow, loses connection all the time, videos take a long time to buffer or download.
5. The app is useful for previewing the footage on the camera but the video quality in the preview playback is not very good.
6. I've tried to record a road range incident and a dangerous driving incident, both by saying "ok garmin, save video".
7. I haven't been able to upload videos from my dash cam for months because it won't let me view my gallery, and says "live preview not available".
8. This app is supposed to allow the user to edit videos via the app and then download them onto your device for use outside of GARMIN.It works just fine if you follow the directions.
9. You can move the video towards the direction you want but it would be better if you could select an exact point in the shot you want the viewer to be centred on.
10. All you do is go into the cameras gallery menu, select share gallery and a WiFi ID and password with be displayed.
11. Really annoying that I have paid over £100 for a quality piece of tech but have to suffer this inferior app to use it.What is the point of this app? I can share files via PC.
