About Mobile Technician

1. Error code check, troubleshooting and sensors check are available. *: Applicable to RAC/PAC models with new serial communication method(4th digit of model code is "G" or "H" for example AS*"G"--, or AU*"H"--).

2. This application is a troubleshooting tool for FUJITSU GENERAL Air Conditioners (RAC/PAC, VRF) * , Wireless LAN Adaptor and Air To Water.

3. Models with old serial communication method are not applicable(some models support).

4. For VRF, models V-II, J-II or later are applicable.

5. Note: When using Android 9 or later, the refresh interval of the Wifi analyzer will be delayed.

1. Fujitsu please add all of your models to the list!!!!great app for technicians, not meant for homeowners! App tied with training and use of Troubleshooting resources really eliminates the need to clog up tech services phone line!Unfortunately, as of Sunday, October 9, 2022, there is no support for Fujitsu's model ASU9RMLQ indoor unit and model AOU24RML1 outdoor unit.

2. According to your app the fault for error code 3-2 should have been in the indoor unit's PCB but your so called technician took the outdoor unit's PCB.

4. Just like their customer service does on the phone Can't read half of the wording as it's out of the boxNeeds an update on product with up to date error codes.

5. And guess what my ac is now working not so fine and my inverter ac has been converted to normal ac as the variable aspect of condensor's speed is gone.

8. Seems to be 50/50 chance that this app has the model number for fault finding that I require.

9. Doesn't have many supported models for in Australia.

10. Based on that alone, I'd have to say this app was completely useless.only available for three regions.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Issues

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open Mobile Technician » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Mobile Technician app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobile Technician" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working


2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
