1. They need a smoother process for pickup just like Uber and doordash appsThe app itself is fine and easy to use but every single time I get a match for a load on the app it says it's already taken by another driver as soon as I click on the notification.

2. There needs to be at least a minute after I get the notification that I am able to accept the match before it gets snatched away.Can't even get a delivery because they are gone instantly.

3. I keep trying to use the app to see if it will let me create my account but it's still doing the same things, blank page, answering questions gets out of order as you fill out the questions.

1. Fix FRAYT Driver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FRAYT Driver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FRAYT Driver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FRAYT Driver" » Open FRAYT Driver » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FRAYT Driver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FRAYT Driver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FRAYT Driver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FRAYT Driver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FRAYT Driver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FRAYT Driver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FRAYT Driver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FRAYT Driver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FRAYT Driver not working

2. Fix FRAYT Driver Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FRAYT Driver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
