And another thing, why when it receives an mp3 file on the mobile phone, it edits all the files in bin files and not as they are in mp3?Best free app for cross platform file transfering! 1. Fix Fast File Transfer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fast File Transfer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fast File Transfer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fast File Transfer" » Open Fast File Transfer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fast File Transfer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fast File Transfer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fast File Transfer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fast File Transfer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fast File Transfer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fast File Transfer might not work.
