1. Thanks!This app is really helpful! I was having a hard time then sending documents thru messenger because I have to use my laptop, connect it thru the internet, open a browser, and login to my Fb account before I can send the docs.. And when I found this app, it makes my life easier! I just need to use my phone to send the docs and other files.

3. I can only suggest that you change the buttons to "Send" instead of the number code? And make available the list of conversations to not be square icons but rectangular, or just like how the photo is on the left, and the name of the person and the conversation on the right (somehow like the messenger format).

4. It's annoying to go back and forth to the folders just to send multiple files because you can't send MULTIPLE FILES AT THE SAME TIME.I have been searching for a way to send files especially documents through messenger.

8. this is only one file transfer can use of users in facebook messenger no one else.It does what it promises but the directory that it accesses is limited to my phone storage.

1. Fix Smart File Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smart File: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smart File App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart File" » Open Smart File: Sharing & Transfer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart File » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smart File: Sharing & Transfer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart File servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart File: Sharing & Transfer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smart File app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart File might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart File. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart File then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart File not working

2. Fix Smart File Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart File be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart File not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart File may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
