Why should I report an Issue with Flitto - Translate, Learn?

1. Rubbish app don't installI was surprised today when I found out that the one translation equals 20 point, what the hell! From two or three months the one translation was worth 30 point, I think after a few months it will equal 10 points!! Please consider us and our efforts, these points are too little.

2. Mine is consistent with my earlier ones 3)I've NEVER submitted any machine translation Although I raised so many doubts, what they replied is a simple letter without any persuasive explanation!!!As a translator, you get ZERO requests on the croudsource mode.

3. I try to argue with them that 1)it is such a simple article that MT is able to reach my manual translation and proved so THIS TIME 2)differences in word choices, format.

4. So tell me now please, why should ANY translator work so hard to gain nothing in the end using this application ?!!!CAUTION! Get this app, IF you: - want croudsourced translation, especially for long/technical text.

5. It's a competition, you must dedicate your time for the slim chance of getting a few "points", which you eventually can cash out for not much money.

6. They pay like 20 points for each translation, but you can only cash them when you get 50,000 which translates to 35 dollars.

7. So the only thing you actually can do is try to win very few points through the arcade mode, and even then after all the hard work, you almost NEVER get validated to gain your points.

8. I struggled to log in every time so I kept resetting my password to gain access to my acc.

9. Almost ZERO events too, and you can no longer gain any points in the discover mode.

10. - want to help develope translation AI, machine learning, algorithms etc for free.

11. Experienced translators will choose to spend their time in a better way.

1. Fix Flitto Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Flitto: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Flitto App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Flitto" » Open Flitto - Translate, Learn » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Flitto » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Flitto - Translate, Learn app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Flitto servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Flitto - Translate, Learn" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Flitto app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Flitto might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Flitto. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Flitto then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Flitto not working

2. Fix Flitto Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Flitto be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Flitto not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Flitto may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
