1. Really feel scammed by buying a Contixo!My new LG can't find the wifi signal but my old Galaxy S4 can but doesn't support 5G so it doesn't register the GPS and loses video feed at around 50 ft awayIts not like the app shown in the manuel but it still works with the drone so its in between 5 and 4 starsIt was an awesome app until the update now you can't use half the features the drone hasUse it on every outting.

2. However functions such as follow me does not work with this app.This app does not have any of the features advertised by the drone manufacturer.

3. Total waste of time and money!!!!The app quickly connects my phone to the drone camera.

4. All it does is take photos and record videoDoes this Developer/Company have no Money? Please improve the User Interface of your apps.

6. Saying needs update, but obviously updates are not available.

7. Take off that generic backdrop and Make the Icons look like you gain profit from selling good drones.

8. To top it off, the drone will not take pics, even with a sd card installed.

9. It tells me to update, but there is no update available.

10. This app doesn't work on any of them.

1. Fix Contixo F18 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Contixo F18: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Contixo F18 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Contixo F18" » Open Contixo F18 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Contixo F18 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Contixo F18 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Contixo F18 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Contixo F18" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Contixo F18 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Contixo F18 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Contixo F18. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Contixo F18 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Contixo F18 not working

2. Fix Contixo F18 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Contixo F18 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Contixo F18 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Contixo F18 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
