SynoManager Customer Insights

1. The app consists only: - device monitor (cpu, ram and volume) - device details - reboot, power off fuction - download station - torrent search (doesn't work) looking forward to seeing more functionsSorry but just lacks anything useful.

2. Figures for free space etc useful, interesting that my nas has 0 disks!Should have additional functions like package update.

3. Even though application have very few functions (reboot, performance monitor, access to download manager), it does it very fast, well, without errors.

4. Torrent search and manager works better than DSget.Doesn't seem to do much.

5. Official applications are far more buggy.Lack of useful features.

6. Have a 5 disk station & it shows 0 disks.

7. These are basic things..Everything works! Which is a lot more than i can say about Synology apps.

8. Storage space is also wrong, it is being rounded down.

9. For now it is used as one app to check everything - if server is up, is it busy, is it finished downloading.

10. It is currently repairing and it doesn't show the info about that.

11. Sticking with more reliable web ux.Worked straight out of the can using quickconnect.
