Why should I report an Issue with FLIR ONE?

1. Absolute piece of junkA buggy and slow experience with the FLIR ONE Pro... The device takes a long time to start up, connection with the phone seemed unreliable, and I experienced regular crashes of the app.

2. I do wish it was more customizable,I wish even More that I was able to measure two different temperatures at the same time i.e. high & low and/or a touch to get temperature function in the live view.

3. There's a third party app I use for the Flir One that has all sorts of nice features such as changing the color scheme and locking the temperature scale so it isn't constantly adjusting.Overall adequate.

4. Even with them not all in frame at the same time.Each update has made the connection slower and slower to the point it wont connect anymore.

5. Rather being able to lock the temperature range eg from 0C to 50C, the false colors are always adjusted relative to the min/max in the current image capture.

6. Maybe the bad reviewers are using a cheaper phone? Or have a bad flir device? Idk.

7. I wish I had checked them before I made my purchase.When will Android 14 update be released for the app? It's a hassle to have to use two phones when switching to the newest pixel.

8. This makes finding building issues very complicated.No issues with connectivity like other reviews are saying, but I wish the app had more features.

9. My pixel 6 is running the app maybe for 60 seconds (if it connects at all) before loosing the connection to the flir sensor.

10. Typically by the time you take the camera to the area you are trying to look at it has disconnected and possibly ran out of battery from the time spent fighting with it.

1. Fix FLIR ONE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FLIR ONE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FLIR ONE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FLIR ONE" » Open FLIR ONE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FLIR ONE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FLIR ONE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FLIR ONE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FLIR ONE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FLIR ONE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FLIR ONE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FLIR ONE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FLIR ONE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FLIR ONE not working

2. Fix FLIR ONE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FLIR ONE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FLIR ONE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FLIR ONE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
