Why should I report an Issue with Feiyu ON?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I am also very concerned with the permissions this app requires including reading my phone status… why does a gimbal control app need to access the phone status unless they are harvesting data? I am seriously considering returning the G6.The app is pretty good! It does what is says on the box, and looks pretty good doing it.

2. I simply want to be able to connect the camera to the gimbal via Wi-Fi so the gimbal record button will function.

3. I had to use the stock camera app on my Note 9, and the SPG2 would only connect to Bluetooth audio, so I couldnt use the record button on the gimbal.

4. I ask the developer to focus only on this basic function as all other app functions are irrelevant if I cannot connect the gimbal to the camera via Wi-Fi.

5. I specifically selected the FeiyuTech over the GoPro Karma because I wanted to be able to control the gimbal remotely which isn’t possible with the GoPro gimbal.

6. The record button on the gimbal doesn't always sync with the camera.

7. On iOS 12.0.1, app will connect via Bluetooth and will allow one to successfully configure Wi-Fi, but gimbal will not connect to Hero 7 via 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi.

8. When it does work, the gimbal controls are jerky and unpredictable (works fine when controlled directly).

9. I figure the gimbal may need a firmware update, however no method I tried was able to do that successfully.

10. The gimbal can't "remember" from one on off cycle to the other, the camera.

11. Now the app works perfectly, I can record in 4K, and I have full functionality of the gimbal within the app.

1. Fix Feiyu ON Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Feiyu ON: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Feiyu ON App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Feiyu ON" » Open Feiyu ON » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Feiyu ON » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Feiyu ON app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Feiyu ON servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Feiyu ON" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Feiyu ON app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Feiyu ON might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Feiyu ON. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Feiyu ON then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Feiyu ON not working

2. Fix Feiyu ON Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Feiyu ON be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Feiyu ON not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Feiyu ON may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
