1. Update in may 2020: Now it requires unnecessary permissions such as location, contacts, storage ...Disappointed It started off well, then went down hill and I could not get the remote reading to work it kept sending the same repeated message to choose 1 user.
2. Kindly update the tomato app so that it works with Android version 10Looks good, doesn't work.
3. I had hoped it could be used to warn of overnight highs or lows but now looking unlikely if it doesn't stay connected so possibly £140 wasted 😟Since today, it keeps sending me notifications in Chinese.
4. Loved the app when it works, but lately I find I'm constantly having to force quit the app and turn it back on because it will not hold connection.
5. We paid for premium as I liked the idea of peace of mind at night time but it is useless. When it works it is pretty good.
6. It worked great for the first couple weeks and my family were able to keep an eye on me over night and even helped save me from a night hypo that didnt wake me.
7. Compared to xDrip, Tomato's user interface is much nicer, but the app lacks vital features and is rough around the edges.
8. After 2 days of crazy messages, and having to constantly contact my daughters teacher I decided to delete the app and download a different app, which has been working perfectly.
9. Setting up base(badly translated basal profile) is impossible, after clicking save, half of the basal profile disappeared, and happened multiple times, had to add one entry and save, one by one.
10. When I enter the glucometer readings for calibration, it doesn't take the value I enter.
11. I'm not chinese, neither is my phone ... ----- works very well.
