1. Also, it would be great to see what lessons you're "certified" in displayed on one page, like a showcase of what brands and lessons you passed in case you want to access them again and refresh your knowledge.Good app, and great service to get discounts... however, they're recent upgrade changed the format.

2. Imagine if you went to Amazon and searched for "toilet paper" and your search results included literally EVERY product that contains EITHER the word "toilet" OR the word "paper" in some part of the products' metadata (product name, product description, anywhere).

3. They could really stand to bring a UX specialist in to run some usability tests and help improve the navigability of the app/site.The app is great with the discounts available and accessibility, but there should be a tab for you to track your progress within the different brands.

4. Please allow us to follow brands because without that feature working it is very difficult to track and find your deals.Great app! However, it started to force close as I try to get on the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ExpertVoice Issues

1. Fix ExpertVoice Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ExpertVoice: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ExpertVoice App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ExpertVoice" » Open ExpertVoice: Pro Deals » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ExpertVoice » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ExpertVoice: Pro Deals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ExpertVoice servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ExpertVoice: Pro Deals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ExpertVoice app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ExpertVoice might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ExpertVoice. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ExpertVoice then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ExpertVoice not working


2. Fix ExpertVoice Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ExpertVoice be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ExpertVoice not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ExpertVoice may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
