Why should I report an Issue with 2Accounts - Dual Apps Space?

1. It wouldn't be so bad if I could click X after a few seconds to progress but I can't do that until AFTER I click the ad! It's annoying!Works great for what it's used for! I suppose it's somewhat unavoidable for it to swallow the battery, but I find it kind of obnoxious that you can't actually disable 2Accounts from running in the background without force-stopping it.

2. First few weeks were fine but starting from last week, the game crashes too frequently, I wasn't able play a match.

8. Considering how long I've been using them you'd think this issue would have been fixed by now.

9. It's a minor issue, but it's something you have to do every single time, lest the app run your battery Dow.

10. I just downloaded this last night but now it keeps crashing so often I can't even utilize the cloned app anymore.

11. I don't mean that it plays twice, I means it us literally playing in the foreground and in the back ground at the same time.

1. Fix 2Accounts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 2Accounts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 2Accounts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "2Accounts" » Open 2Accounts - Dual Apps Space » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 2Accounts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 2Accounts - Dual Apps Space app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 2Accounts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "2Accounts - Dual Apps Space" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 2Accounts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 2Accounts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 2Accounts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 2Accounts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 2Accounts not working

2. Fix 2Accounts Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 2Accounts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 2Accounts not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 2Accounts may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
