1. And I won't even mention the atrocious registration process.Signups does not complete with "Something went wrong" message.Remove adverts when I want to activate a charge you're already getting my money.

2. Can never stop charge via app.i tried to use token to charge at the charging station in Wijnegem Belgium : CenEnergy The charging station beeped when holding the batch, but turned on red light indicating failure.

3. Since the charging failed to start, i tried to scan a second time to stop the session instead a second session was started while the first was still running.

4. The red STOP CHARGING button does not work No possibility to stop the session in the app.Hi As a reviewer pointed out the Android app DOES NOT WORK.

5. Remove the requirement to activate location to charge.App seems to be the only one that actually works for foreign nationals to charge in Spain & covers main rapid charger providers, so it is very useful.

6. But never received help from support! !!!The app works perfectly, but there are some features that would be nice to implement: - Add roads and labels on the satellite map - Being able to zoom in on full screen imagesYou have to put money in a wallet (at least €20) before you can use this app.

7. Not all rapids work with it, presumably because provider has not built the capability into some older chargers, but there is a map filter that is *supposed* to show only chargers that work with an app.

8. It would not reactivate until after ten minutes! Worst of all, every time you press activate, you get a pop-up advert with a timer for 4 seconds which you have to wait for.

1. Fix Electromaps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Electromaps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Electromaps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Electromaps" » Open Electromaps: Charging stations » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Electromaps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Electromaps: Charging stations app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Electromaps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Electromaps: Charging stations" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Electromaps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Electromaps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Electromaps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Electromaps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Electromaps not working

2. Fix Electromaps Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Electromaps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Electromaps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Electromaps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
