Why should I report an Issue with Dialer - Call Blocker, Blackli?

1. App is no longer of any use to me as a result as I want to be able to enable and disable blocking of a blacklist depending on work / leave status.Had to change my Review I paid for the Pro App I emailed to the support group asking for help with an issue with no response.

2. Mike FerranteTo everyone that doesn't totally understand this app I'm not the creator of it but the only reason it was made in my opinion was to put an easy feature to back up and restore your phones internal blacklist that you set up manually.

3. The older version of this Black-List call block app USED to let you just tap the Add key, and then the listed number you wanted to block, and hit SAVE.

4. Now, with this version of it, you have to go to your incoming call registry and write down the number, then open the Black-List app and input the number by hand.

5. The block works fine, but the ease of inputting the number is no longer multiple choice-like.

6. Easy to do and took about 30 seconds per number to put in.

9. Caller can only be permanently blocked now in blocked callers list in phone app.

1. Fix Dialer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dialer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dialer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dialer" » Open Dialer - Call Blocker, Blackli » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dialer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dialer - Call Blocker, Blackli app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dialer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dialer - Call Blocker, Blackli" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dialer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dialer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dialer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dialer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dialer not working

2. Fix Dialer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dialer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dialer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dialer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
