1. I'll give 5 full stars once this error is fixed and the app functionality is working for more testingI spent a lot of time writing a contract and when I reached the phone number verification by SMS, I didn't receive anything.

2. The entity that is the enforcement authority seems legit and, if anything, an e-greement is, in fact, the starting point for legally binding affirmations and resolutions that cannot be achieved without a solid foundation.. in our court system or otherwise.

3. I thank and congratulate the creators.I've recently install this app for testing as QA app tester so far I'm experiencing anegative test case to see if users can verify their accounts, thus far this is still an ongoing situation.

1. Fix e-gree Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart e-gree: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the e-gree App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "e-gree" » Open e-gree: Secure Agreements » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for e-gree » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear e-gree: Secure Agreements app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from e-gree servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "e-gree: Secure Agreements" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check e-gree app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, e-gree might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall e-gree. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall e-gree then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing e-gree not working

2. Fix e-gree Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make e-gree be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to e-gree not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, e-gree may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
